A dish ideal for every summer! Great barley rusks (dakos) from the island of Crete is a basic serving in the Mediterranean diet.

The Cretan Dakos is usually served with chopped tomatoes and crumbled Greek feta cheese on top of it.

Greeks are very passionate about this delish! Simple and easy to make, this specialty can be made on picnic outings on the beach, on the park and anywhere you want!
