The Greeks, having been taught the art of making cheese, an ability known as "the gift with everlasting value", came up with the Graviera Cheese. The second most popular after Feta.

Fairly hard, our Graviera Cheese comes from the famous island of Crete where it has originated. Produced traditionally from sheep's milk or from a mixture of sheep's and goat's milk. It's taste ranges from slightly salty with a hint of nostalgic roasted nuts, fresh bread, butter and milk.

Graviera Cheese be served as a delicious table cheese for the un quenching appetite, fried (saganaki), or roasted in cooked dishes and as grated cheese for about anything!
